The next step in what has been a rapid rebuild for the Findlay women’s basketball team under head coach Michele Durand would likely be to earn a home game in the G-MAC tournament. To do so, the Oilers would need to post a top-4 finish in the league standings…and they just happen to be picked 4th in the preseason coaches poll.
