In the University of Findlay Department of Media & Communication, students have experiential learning opportunities they just won’t find anywhere else.
Now more than ever, media literacy is important and journalism matters. Young journalists at UF have a fun – yet challenging – opportunity to work with experienced professors and long-time journalists to develop their craft. At the award winning student newspaper, the Pulse, students develop their journalistic and digital media skills as they cover campus news, events and features. Comm faculty and staff are always willing to help students connect to professionals in a variety of communication fields.
