On Tuesday, March 4, 2025, we celebrate our annual Math Day at The University of Findlay. The purpose of Math Day is to show students the fun side of mathematics and how it is useful in the real world and for us to relax and enjoy the beauty of mathematics.
Every year we invite reputed speakers to present mathematical ideas in an entertaining way. On that day, all math classes will be cancelled and almost all our undergraduate students and many local high school students will attend. The speakers will give two different talks which are also accessible to non-math majors. The first talk is from 10:00-10:50 a.m. and the second is from 1:00-1:50 p.m. in the Alumni Memorial Union multipurpose room.
