To the UF Community:
As some of you may have seen in the local news today (http://thecourier.com/breaking-news/2017/11/26/homicide-reported-on-east-foulke-avenue-in-findlay/), a man was found dead from a “suspected gunshot wound” on Saturday night in a Findlay apartment located at 231 E. Foulke Ave. Police are investigating, and there are no other details available at this time.
We have no reason to believe there is any threat to campus, but since this incident was within a mile of campus, we wanted to make the UF community aware of the incident. If we receive additional information about the situation, and it impacts our campus in any way, we will notify the campus community.
