Roughnecks stay hot knock off #18 Greyhounds

The Findlay Roughnecks, ranked #14 in the nation, traveled to Indianapolis, Indiana on Friday, Jan. 22 to take on the #18 UIndy Greyhounds. The Roughnecks won in dominating fashion, winning six of the ten matches and outscoring UIndy 23-12.

Nic Goebel, ranked number one in the nation in the 149-pound weight class, got a takedown and won his decision 12-4. Fellow junior Joey White, who is ranked at seven in his 157-pound weight class, got a 5-1 win in his match.

Ryan Skonieczny, Devin Rogers, Randy Caris, and Gerald Beck also all got wins in their respective matches.

The Roughnecks have a big weekend coming up as they will travel to Coker, South Carolina for the Super Region II Duals. The Roughnecks will take on Anderson, Belmont Abbey, UNC Pembroke, Newberry, and Limestone throughout the weekend.
